Bid rules
Conditions on ACoS, ROAS, spend, clicks or conversions, with a target and a ceiling. Each rule carries its own run frequency rather than sharing one global schedule.
Ads Automation
The work worth automating is not the reporting — it is the thousand small bid decisions nobody has time to make twice a day. BidHarmony runs them on a schedule and writes down every one it makes.
In detail
Conditions on ACoS, ROAS, spend, clicks or conversions, with a target and a ceiling. Each rule carries its own run frequency rather than sharing one global schedule.
Placement modifiers on Amazon, and negative-keyword rules on Google that maintain real shared lists in the account — so the exclusions survive outside BidHarmony too.
Windows that raise, lower or pause by hour of day. A window closing restores the bid it found rather than the bid it assumed, so a rule change or a manual edit mid-window is never quietly eaten.
Search terms that clear your thresholds get promoted into targeted keywords, and the terms that do not get proposed as negatives. The loop that most accounts run by hand, on a schedule.
Apply Rules collects everything pending across every rule and platform into a single list. Approve in bulk, or let a rule run unattended once you trust it.
Every executed change records the old value, the new value, the rule that caused it and the time. The question "why is this bid $1.40" has an answer that does not require anyone to remember.
An automation nobody can undo is one nobody turns on. Every change BidHarmony writes is stored with the value it replaced, which is what makes reverting a lookup rather than a reconstruction.
That is also why dayparting restores what it actually found at the edge of a window. The alternative — restoring the value the window opened with — silently discards anything a rule or a person did in between.
Rules run on their own schedule against hourly data, so a decision that would have waited for someone to open a tab at 9am happens at 3am instead.
Opt into notifications per brand and the morning email is a digest of what moved and why — which is the version of automation where you stop checking, rather than the version where you check more.
Questions
Yes, per rule. New rules typically start in the review queue and get promoted to unattended once their behaviour is boring. Both modes write the same history.
The external value is what the next rule run reads, and what a closing dayparting window restores to. BidHarmony does not assume it is the only thing touching the account.
BidHarmony access is limited to active DEFY Creative & Co. clients. If you already have an account, sign in — otherwise your account manager can set one up.
