Integrations

Connect the accounts once. Everything downstream follows.

Ad platforms for spend, storefronts for revenue, Search Console for the organic half. Each connection backfills history on the way in and then keeps itself current.

In detail

What Integrations covers

Authorized, not scraped

Every connection is an official API authorization — OAuth where the platform offers it, a scoped system token where that is the sanctioned path. No passwords are stored, and access is revocable from the platform's own settings.

One connection, every account

Where a platform models a portfolio of ad accounts under one identity, one authorization covers all of them rather than making you repeat the flow per account.

Per-brand Shopify apps

Shopify connects through a custom-distribution app installed on the merchant's own store, so the scopes and the data stay scoped to that brand.

First-party attribution

A lightweight snippet on the storefront records the visits and orders each platform wants to claim, into your own ledger — which is exactly the thing you need when two platforms claim the same sale.

Revocable and scoped

Connections request the scopes the features actually use. Disconnecting stops the sync and leaves the history already collected intact.

Told when it breaks

Tokens expire and platforms change their terms. A connection that stops returning data surfaces in the app rather than becoming a chart that quietly flatlines.

Every connection

What BidHarmony connects to, and how far along each one is

Eight connections across advertising, commerce and search. Status is stated per platform rather than implied by a logo.

Advertising

  • Amazon Ads

Sponsored Products, Brands and Display, with hourly delivery through Marketing Stream and the full rule set running against it.

  • Google Ads

Campaign and keyword data, bid rules, and negative-keyword rules that maintain real shared lists inside the account.

  • Walmart Ads

Sponsored ads plus Marketplace seller data, synced as asynchronous snapshots into the same warehouse shape as everything else.

  • Meta Ads

Ad account performance across the portfolio under a single scoped system token, feeding the DTC side of the overview.

  • Pinterest AdsEarly

Connection, warehouse and dashboards are built and deployed. Not yet exercised against Pinterest's production API.

Commerce & Search

  • Amazon Seller Central

SP-API sales and order data, backfilled to Amazon's retention ceiling — the source behind Total Sales and TACoS.

  • Shopify

Orders and ShopifyQL through a per-brand custom-distribution app, plus bulk product and collection editing.

  • Google Search Console

Per-keyword organic positions, tracked term by term rather than pulled as one bulk report, which is what keeps the tail visible.

Early means the connection is built and deployed but has not yet been exercised against that platform’s production API. It is marked rather than omitted, because knowing what is nearly ready is more useful than a page that pretends everything is finished.

Revenue sources matter as much as ad platforms

Ad spend without revenue next to it is half a picture, and it is the half that flatters. Seller Central and Shopify are what turn ROAS into TACoS and a profit question.

Search Console is in the same category: paid and organic positions compete for the same terms, and only one of those two is visible inside an ads dashboard.

Questions

Integrations, asked and answered

What if we only run Amazon?

Then connect Amazon. Every page degrades to what is connected — nothing requires a platform you do not spend on.

Does disconnecting delete our history?

No. Disconnecting stops future syncing. The history already in the warehouse stays, so past reporting does not disappear with the token.
